Booking Requirements:

  • Our staff will provide orientation with renter all safety equipment, the boat operation and information about our local water ways at your check in.

  • Renter/Operator must have adequate boat operation experience to safely operate vessel. We have a strict policy of not renting to inexperienced/beginner boaters.(No Refunds)

  • If your birthday is after 1-1-1988, Florida law requires a boater safety certificate. Free to obtain at: http://www.boatus.org/florida. You must present evidence of having obtained this upon check in. (No Refunds)

  • 100% Refund for Inclement weather or 72 Hour Notice.

  • (Minimum Age of Renter is 27 and 33 for Funship Slide Boat) Funship/Slide Boat requires 5 years of boating operation experience.

  • Pets: Must be under 45 lbs. (Please select pet fee while booking) Maximum 2 total pets.

  • The number of persons and total weight or your guests and equipment it strictly limited as per boat description.

  • Rental Agreement will be emailed to you upon booking and must be electronically signed within 24 hours of booking. $100 fee to sign in person or day of rental.

  • Valid Credit Card and ID must be presented at check in. $1,000 Deposit/Preauthorization will be applied to your CC on day of your rental towards any fees or damages or other claims as per rental agreement.
